After that our courier will come knocking on your door within the next few hours.

Easy, right? If you prefer to receive your order in a certain period of time, at an address other than your home or workplace address, please contact us by email at the address 'ordini@par5milano.com' to specify where and when you want to receive your order.

What happens if you are absent at the time of delivery? Don't panic: you can always ask our staff to book a new appointment.

No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Conditions:

• Products can be delivered from 11:30 until 18:00, but orders confirmed after 17:00 will be shipped the next morning.
• You will have 7 days to request a return.
• After agreeing to return the product with our staff, you can book a new appointment for the collection of the goods.
• The cost for the second delivery service is €5,00 per shipment made.

The service is available with all types of payment, including payment on delivery (cash on delivery) and orders can also be confirmed by email or phone (our customer service will contact you to fix the delivery).
