Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase send an e-mail to "info@par5milano.com"
with the order number written in the subject and tell us your reason for the return.

N.B. (please note) - To proceed with the offender you must follow all the points correctly:

  • it is possible to request a return within 14 days of purchase;
  • returned items will only be accepted if unworn and in their original condition (Par5 reserves the right to ask you for a photo of the purchased product before confirming the return);
  • the shoe box is also part of the purchased item, so always double your returns

In case of order outside Italy the shipping will be at your expense, you must send the package to this address:

All items will be checked upon return and a full refund can only be paid if handled properly (if it follow the above points).
If the goods purchased and returned do not reflect the previous points, it will be sent back and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

We always carefully check all products before shipping, but if you believe the product is defective or faulty, please contact us at info@par5milano.com for assistance.
If the product is faulty we will request a shipment from our couriers for you.

 

Refunds

You will be refunded by the same payment method that you choose to bought the order.


Please notice that the processing time for refunds can take up to 15 working days.
